Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, the order can be canceled within 24 hrs of the order placement if the order has not gone under production, in case the order has gone under production then we would not be able to cancel it.
Replacement Policy:
At Airex, we stand behind our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All your purchases are 100% secured against manufacturing defects.
At our company, we understand that in case a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the customer can be benefited from our hassle-free replacement policy. The warranty/guarantee against the manufacturing defect is only valid if notified within 15 days after delivery of the product.
Refund Policy:
Although we do not offer refunds for our products as there is no refund policy. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a solution.
